I've truly learned a lot about myself, when I was much younger I started my career in banking which is a very different culture to a fintech or a technology company. You had to be a certain person, act a certain way, dress a certain way and I had started doing that and it was kind of it was a hard lift for me because I always have to be myself. Pay and Ear was the first place that I ever worked where it was genuinely okay for me to be who I am and everyone truly accepted me for that and I realized that that became the most important thing for me in any career choice that I made which has been part of the reason why I've stayed here for so long.
