So for me ownership is the fact that no one needs to tell me what needs to be done. So as I spot a need or a gap or an opportunity, I can start working toward it, pushing it, building a framework, thinking of an idea and talking to people to move it forward. And when I present it to my managers, they always support me in providing the tools to succeed rather than giving me barriers.
