So, majority of my roles have always been about helping people from being on the floor, helping out with knowledge questions to leading an entire operation. And now, more recently as a business partner, I'm always helping either our customers or our colleagues and the satisfaction you get from seeing that. That sigh of relief when their issues are resolved because of your contributions is motivation enough.
