Being in my role, I'm actually one of the first points of contact for everyone who joins. So when they're first here, I get to be one of the faces that really helps them with their learning. We had a rep join here as a payment rep, which is what I actually started out. So being able to pass on my knowledge and train them one-on-one was really rewarding.
