Not really about an interview, but this is one of my important missions, which is to help build a very strong China leadership team. I find a good coach to provide the group coach to China leadership team. And this coach facilitated the China leadership team to finish a very honest and face-to-face feedback sessions among themselves. The feedback on this is very positive, as it's like a mirror making people better understand the discrepancy between what they see or know about themselves or don't know about themselves and what others see them.
