As a product manager it's really important to keep our customers in mind when making decisions or doing my daily job. So what I do is first I regularly visit our customers to understand about their needs and also to learn about their daily work. When I'm designing a new product I would always think in their shoes and making sure what I'm making is actually what they need and can actually help solve their problems and also at every step along the way I check in with the customer to make sure our ideas are always on the track.
