In the people function, I actually think about our customers as the internal users of the services and programs of the people function. So it's the employees of Panier, the managers, the leaders, and of course our partners that we work with in finance and legal and in IT. So I think of those different stakeholders as our customers. And so for me acting as our customers partner on the inside means how do I make the employee experience at Panier as amazing as it possibly can be, removing friction so people can focus on doing good work and helping our customers externally. It also means how do I help managers and leaders make sure they have the right talent on their teams.
