So I came to Paineer to lead a global learning function, one where I'm able to work with and engage all different cultures, all different backgrounds, and the challenges that are created by that level of complexity and scale. And at Paineer, we move fast, we move dynamically. It's a really entrepreneurial culture. And so I couldn't do any of that if I wasn't empowered to do so. And the truth is, that kind of thing has to be baked in at the ground level, and it is in one of of our ways of working. Do it, own it. And we mean it.
