The value of Do It Own It, I really relate to, because as I see it in my role at the moment, I'm the site leader of the Madrid office. It's a huge project that was given to me, like building from scratch this Madrid site, and I did it and I owned it from the beginning. It was super important for me to own this task from the get-go, to align with all of the stakeholders and to make sure that we are going according to plan, and to really make things happen. I'm a doer, but I love the actioning of things. I'm an executor and this is what I love most about my role, that I actually got the opportunity to build a site from scratch and own it.
