It's really hard to choose just one because I truly resonate with them all. And I believe each principal plays a key role in creating a strong, collaborative and forward-moving culture. But for the sake of answering the question, I would have to choose, do it own it because I believe in taking initiative and you can always rely on me to follow through no matter the task and also build each other up. I truly love celebrating wins and supporting my colleagues, and I like being able to bring my frizziness into work and helping shape the culture into what it is today.
