Three things really drive me every day. One, solving real problems. Nothing beats the feeling of helping a customer save money out of their business. Two, I love a good challenge. Figuring out the top situation and earning a customer's trust, it's like winning a game for me. Three, my work matters. I'm supporting Chinese business as they go global. And that sense of purpose gives me a lot of energy. Basically, I find my job fun, challenging and meaningful. This is what keeps me going every day.
