- So the wild principle that I most align with is definitely build each other up. I love collaborating with my teammates. It's so rewarding when somebody asks me a question that I can really tap into my knowledge and aid them in solving. And even if I don't know the answer, I really like to figure out who's the right person to go to, things like that. So definitely build each other up.
