I'm motivated every day on the opportunity we have in Asia-Pacific. We have some of the most exciting markets globally that are growing exceptionally fast. We see entrepreneurs every day expanding their business, looking how to expand their business. And I'm so excited about the opportunity on how to support them and how to unlock the potential they have, whether it's growing in Asia-Pacific, whether it's expanding to the market next door, or scaling across the world, and being able to help them, support them, and help them unlock that opportunity is what motivates me every morning, every day, and being able to bring that value to them.
