The main thing I love about the people that I work with is the culture and the openness that we have here at Pay and Ear. It's a very diverse group, whether within regional offices or globally, been such a larger company, that you get people from all sorts of backgrounds, cultures, nationalities, and that's really fun for me. But it's a very open environment where people embrace that and help each other and work together, and so you learn from different people with different backgrounds on how you can do things slightly differently and improve on a day-to-day basis.
