How are you empowered to take responsibility?

My manager and the business team always trust me to decide in my area. China has its own unique legal and regulatory landscape. I've always enjoyed the autonomy to take the lead. And even senior management often say, "I follow you." The trust gives me the confidence and it makes me want to lean in and take more responsibilities.
