I think a few things. I've been a pioneer for 8 years, nearly 9 years now, and I've watched this grow from a small startup into a truly global, publicly traded company. For me, I truly believe in our mission, our customers, and the problems that we solve to enable global commerce to happen around the world. But I also get to do that with people I care about and people that care about me, so I show up for all the people that I work with, if they're truly important to me, and trying to make pain a great place for them to work and provide great products for our customers to use is what makes me come into work every day.
