There's so many ways. The way my department is built up is through learning. We have daily updates for everyone. There's always training courses on going that you can join in. There's workshops being rolled up through HR to be better in your role. When your environment is surrounded by having a best amount of opportunities to learn and improve, it's hard not to say encourage. It becomes part of your daily routine.
