This one is a bit funny and a bit emotional as well, I started in Pionier as a customer service representative and have been growing into different roles ever since. It was mostly because I had some really good mentors along the way and I finally reached your point where I was mentoring people. One day not so long ago I was able to help this really ambitious colleague get the role he wanted internally through giving the right steps to succeed and even helping him out with his resume. This colleague would then move on to get an external offer and is now doing what he wanted in life. He came to thank me one day and it was one of the proudest moments of my career.
