True autonomy and great relationships. One of the things I was taught early on in my career is things are reversible. We can pilot different things and shouldn't be afraid to show our losses. Those losses are learning opportunities we can use for our future initiatives. That's why I've never been afraid of trying something new. As long as the end goal is helping our customers or even our internal operations, try things and you don't always fail.
