Feedback is the raw material for personal and professional growth. I didn't coin that phrase, but I know that it's true. People need to know where they stand and where they can improve. So something that I endeavor to do is give both my team members and my peers continuous, compassionately candid feedback. I show that I care by giving an opportunity to understand where they can improve and where they can learn and grow, and I welcome that kind of feedback and return. All of that works together to build each other up.
