The way my team and our overall function encourages learning is simply through the open-ish and sharing that they do. So if anyone learns something themselves that is going to benefit others, either whether in our team or more globally for the business, there's always that environment and that encouragement to share and educate others. So internally within our team, within our groups, within our chats, within our meetings, the team will share regularly with each other and I'll try to do so myself. But even more widely, the teams will always be willing to co-collab with others and share that wisdom and that knowledge that everyone can benefit across the business.
