To me ownership means being fully accountable for the outcomes of any matter I 'm responsible for, it's more proactively identifying risks, driving solutions and ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Ownership does not stop at the deliverables expected from us, but it also means owning the consequences of our decisions and actions. In my role, ownership also means being a trusted advisor, anticipating needs across teams and taking the initiative to resolve challenges while proactively partnering with other stakeholders within the organization.
