Acting as our customer's partner on the inside means being more than just a service provider. It's about deeply understanding our customers' needs, their goals, their challenges and their values and using this insights to practically advocate their interest within our organization. It is also about putting ourselves in their shoes when making decisions, being proactive in addressing any concerns they may have, establishing trust without customers and ensuring that what we do contributes to their success.
