Without a doubt, my favorite while principle is build each other up. I just think it's so critical that in a global, diverse, cross-functional company like Peineers, that we collaborate well, one with the other. And that we also have this sense of responsibility one towards each other. And so, you know, we celebrate and recognize each other's contributions. We're also candid about feedback and opportunities to help each other grow. And so these are the kinds of things that really resonate with me and I think unlock the magic of Peineer. And so that's my favorite while principle, build each other up.
