I think the thing is in opinion is that I'm not afraid to try, as successes are valued but also failure. So, people look at you at the bigger picture of what you bring, so it's the passion and motivation and the willingness to contribute. And this mindset really gives you the opportunity to take action, to take responsibility, to make decisions if there's risk involved in it.
