Competency-based interviews

Getting to know competency-based interviews will help you do well since they follow a clear structure. These interviews are meant to be open conversations, so take the lead in sharing your experiences and explain why you’re the best person for the role. Interviewers might ask follow-up questions to better understand. Below are some examples of questions you might hear, but they may not all come up during your interview.
