The waste of working principle I resonate most with is do it on it. In my role, I see myself not as a messenger but someone in the driver's seat. Taking charge to breach the voice of partners and customers without alternatives. Ownership means proactively aligning stakeholders and steering initiatives until results are driven. It's about being accountable from start to finish, not waiting for directions, but taking the lead to make things happen.
