I believe in the mission of Pioneer and helping entrepreneurs in emerging markets do business globally. I believe that there are compounding effects from us fulfilling our mission that are good for local economies and for relations between nations and communities, so I really deeply believe in the purpose of the company. You know, our company is also one that's transforming in a lot of ways. There are elements of the way we do business that we're building. I love building and transforming and leading change. And so, you know, believing in the mission and being in a situation where I get to lead change is, you know, perfect for me.
