First, we always share with each other the market update the latest industry trends our customers' voices and also second we are based in different locations in the same department we are expertise in different areas and we work on different projects however we always think with each other learn from each other and always willing to help each other. And third, we constantly have online sharing and learning sessions under different product related topics.
