So for me it's three things. First is the professionalism, as you can't be ever a chair, the work pushes you to be the best to deliver the best and be the best version of yourself. Second will be the people as you're surrounded with the best colleagues locally and globally and what literally creates a sense of being part of a community or family. And third will be a true balance as Bionil pushes me to do very meaningful work but also to prioritize my family and my personal life without the need to apologize for it. So this combination of professional growth and great people and true work-life balance really motivates me every day.
