So I chose to don't be in the air because it seemed like the perfect job for me at the time. Again, this was like 13 years ago, and I think more important is why they like stay. So I actually stayed because I love coming to work every day. I come in with a smile and this is mainly because of the people I work with. And because of the challenges that I have in my room, I cannot stay still. I love it that I have like a role that is dynamic, that I get to do a lot of things, work with a lot of stakeholders, and this is what makes it so interesting for me.
