To me ownership, for sure means to deliver the result, not just look into what you do or have been doing. To deliver the result, under the pressure, under the uncertainty, as well as for most of the time, it's under the big constraints of the resources. In Pioneer, it's also worthwhile to point out because our customers are SMB who are super aspirational. So this also means that we need to aim at high and also deliver a very stretch result. To me, the ownership also means to empower and motivate the people being involved in different roles in the course of delivering the result.
