What motivates me to take action in my role every day is that our function that we run is responsible for external partners and clients, so we make sure that we have them represented on the inside of Pioneer, but also for me as a people leader I'm responsible for a team and so for me it's all about looking after those individuals, making sure I do right by them and making sure that they're well supported within Pioneer as a whole.
