My day-to-day is very varied. I manage a decent-sized team, which always means that there's, you know, different things happening here and there. My team is spread across multiple different geographies as well, which is fun and exciting. And we're a customer-focused team. We deal with our partnerships here at Paineers, so that always brings new challenges up on our day-to-day. So for me, it's those interactions with people, with customers, with partners that really gets me out it big and so I find that quite an exciting element of the roll really.
